Introducing the SLT IVUS™ P1 System and the SLT IVUS™ Support Crossing Catheter. Now physicians have the technology to capture and incorporate invaluable, real-time, and accurate numeric measurements of the flow lumen of blood vessels without image interpretation and without delay.
The technology that supports the Provisio™ SLT IVUS™ System is an application of well-established IVUS technology that is now helping to evolve a new standard of care. As a complement to traditional angiography, the Provisio™ SLT IVUS™ System helps to ensure that today’s most common interventions can be accurately sized for each patient, every time.
SLT IVUS™ P1 System
SLT IVUS P1 System will provide real-time flow lumen vessel dimensions using A-mode (Amplitude mode) ultrasound operation. A-mode ultrasound operation is based on ultrasound reflection data in a single line of interrogation like SONAR (Sound Navigation and Ranging).

SLT IVUS™ Support Crossing Catheter
The SLT IVUS Support Crossing Catheters are over-the-wire intravascular ultrasound catheters.
An ultrasound transducer array is at the distal end of a support crossing catheter. The transducers generate ultrasound pulses to measures the distance from the catheter to the vessel wall. The information from the echoes is used to generate real-time dimensions of the flow lumen. The catheter shaft has external inked markers the entire length of the shaft which overlap with radiopaque markers in the distal 30 cm of the catheter.
