S. Eric Ryan, M.D. – President & Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Provisio in 2014, Dr. Ryan was a senior executive at Volcano Corporation (acquired by Philips Healthcare), the leading IVUS company, where he served as Global Head of Clinical, Medical, and Scientific Affairs. He previously served as the founding Chief Technology Officer of InfraReDx, an intravascular imaging company acquired by the Japanese company Nipro. He has also served in a consulting role for a number of major and early-stage companies, including assuming acting medical director or CMO roles in public medtech and biotech companies. In total, Dr. Ryan has nearly 20 years of experience in the medtech industry and is an inventor on numerous patents within the field. Dr. Ryan earned his Medical Doctorate with honors at the University Of Kentucky School Of Medicine and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a degree focus on scientific applications from the University Of Kentucky College Of Engineering.

Timothy Lindenfelser, Chairman, has served on the Company’s board since 2020.  Since 2003, Mr. Lindenfelser has been primarily involved in venture and angel investing.   From 1994 until 2003 he was an officer at Broadcom Corporation at which he served in various capacities including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President and General Manager.  Mr. Lindenfelser received a BSEE from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of San Diego.

Michael Chobotov, Ph.D. has been a director of the Company since 2022.  Dr. Chobotov was chief technology officer of Endologix, Inc. from 2016 – 2021.  From 1998 – 2012 he was president and CEO of TriVascular, Inc., of which he was a co-founder, and CTO from 2012-2016.  Dr. Chobotov earned the degrees of Ph.D, MS and BS from the California Institute of Technology in mechanical engineering, aeronautics, and fluid mechanics.

Frank Del Rio has been a director of the Company since 2021.  Mr. Del Rio recently retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NYSE: NCLH), a leading global cruise operator which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. During his tenure, Mr. Del Rio has successfully led NCLH in delivering industry leading financial results, providing an unparalleled guest experience and expanding its fleet with the newest, most innovative and most luxurious ships at sea. An over 25-year veteran of the cruise industry, Mr. Del Rio founded Oceania Cruises in 2002 and under his leadership, grew the line from a fledgling start-up to a dominant player in the upscale cruise market.  He further led Oceania Cruises’ acquisition of Regent Seven Seas Cruises to form Prestige Cruise Holdings, the industry’s leading upscale cruise operator.  After NCLH’s acquisition of Prestige, Mr. Del Rio was appointed to lead the combined company, which today operates 29 vessels and two private island destinations. Mr. Del Rio earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a CPA (inactive).

Aurelio Fernandez has been a director of the Company since 2017.  Since 2003, Mr. Fernandez has been primarily involved in venture and angel investing.   Mr. Fernandez served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Broadcom Corporation from 1997 until 2002.  Mr. Fernandez received a BSEE from the University of Florida and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

John A. McCallum has been a director of the Company since 2022.  In 2010 Mr. McCallum founded JAM Capital Partners, a private investment partnership backed by entrepreneurial families and individuals.  JAM Capital invested in the Company as a significant investor in the Series C prior round; Mr. McCallum joined the board upon completing JAM’s investment.  From 2006 to 2010 he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Investment Management Division advising high net worth families.  The majority of his clients at Goldman Sachs owned and operated middle market businesses and Mr. McCallum spent a considerable part of his time providing clients with strategic advice for their business.  Prior to working Goldman Sachs, Mr. McCallum served as the CEO of several ventures in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.  Mr. McCallum completed graduate studies at Harvard University obtaining a Master in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government.  Mr. McCallum received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Commerce.
